Filing 3 ORDER: Plaintiff is DIRECTED to file an amended complaint within sixty (60) days of receipt of this Order naming the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration as the defendant in this action. Plaintiff is warned that her failure to do so may result in the recommendation that her case be dismissed with prejudice. The Court's April 5, 2019 Order is hereby VACATED. Nevertheless, if Plaintiff complies with this Order, the Commissioner's answer or other response will be due twenty-one (21) days following Plaintiff's filing of her amended complaint, or June 10, 2019, whichever is later.
