Because some of the organization's members may be themselves LLCs, the citizenship of each sub-member of the LLC must also be identified until the Court is left with individual persons or corporations. Plaintiff must then provide an assessment of whether diversity jurisdiction exists in the light of the citizenship of each LLC member and/or sub-member. Failure to do so may result in the dismissalof this action. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk of Court to submit this matter tothe Court after the expiration of the deadline above.
