ORDER: The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to prepare and transmit to the U.S. Marshal's Service two service packages (not waivers) for each of Defendants "First Magnus Financial Corporation" and "1st Magnus Financial Corporation" using the address for the Secretary of State. The U.S. Marshal's Service is DIRECTED to personally serve these Defendants at that address. The U.S. Marshal's Service is further DIRECTED, in accordance with the statute above, to mail a copy of the process for each of those Defendants to the address provided by those Defendants in their last annual registration. Plaintiff is ORDERED to belatedly serve her Response #14 on all Defendants. Plaintiff is advised that the Court will disregard any future papers that do not contain a "certificate of service" expressly stating that she has served those papers on Defendants. ORDER GRANTING In Forma Pauperis #1 and allowing case to proceed without prepayment of costs or service fees.
