IT IS ORDERED that the Plaintiff and Defendant's minor children, C.B.S. and H. E.U.S., are not to be removed from the Northern District of Georgia pending resolution of these proceedings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any state court proceedings regarding custody of the minor children is stayed pending the conclusion of these proceedings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the children will remain with Defendant pending the conclusion of these proceedings. However, Plaintiff shall have liberal visitation including unsupervised visitation with the minor children from 12:00 p.m on 06/03/2019 till 10:00 a.m. on 06/05/2019. Plaintiff shall pick up the children from the Defendant's home located at 1201 Fairfax Way, Roswell, GA 30075 and bring them back to the same location. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties schedule a settlement conference to take place at least one week before 08/19/2019. SCHEDULING ORDER: Amended Pleadings due by 8/1/2019.
