Filing 3 ORDER directing the Clerk to ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE civil action 1:19-cv-3078-ELR-JKL and file the pleadings in this case as a supplement. Plaintiff seeks to proceed without prepayment of fees. It is ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion to proceed in Forma Pauperis is GRANTED. The institution administering Plaintiffs inmate account is directed to submit the required initial partial filing fee of $13.00 to the Clerk of this Court within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. The warden of the institution, or his designee, shall collect the aforesaid partial payment and subsequent monthly payments from Plaintiff's inmate account and remit such payments to the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia until the $350.00 filing fee is paid in full. Plaintiff is ORDERED to submit an amended complaint within thirty (30) days. This action shall proceed no further until Plaintiff submits his amended complaint. Signed by Magistrate Judge John K.
