ORDER (by docket entry only): On August 6, 2019, Plaintiffs filed a Complaint alleging claims of trademark infringement, dilution and unfair competition under the Lanham Act as well as pursuant to state law grounds. (Doc. 1). Thereafter, on August 7, 2019, Plaintiffs filed a motion for preliminary injunctive relief. (Doc. 7). While it appears that electronic summonses were issued to Defendants, see (Docs. 4, 9), there is no indication that either the Complaint or the motion have been properly served at this time. As such, Plaintiffs are DIRECTED to notify the Court not later than close of business on August 9, 2019 as to whether good service with respect to the Complaint and the motion -- has been effected upon all Defendants and, if not, what the status of service is at this juncture.
