Filing 2 ORDER: IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk transmit a copy of the petition, Doc. #1 , and this Order by certified mail to Respondent and the Attorney General of the State of GA. Respondent shall show cause within sixty (60) days of the receipt of this Order why the writ should not be granted. Respondent shall transmit to this Court such pleadings, transcripts, and decisions as are available and required to determine the issues raised. As part of his answer, Respondent shall state whether any claim in the petition is barred by a failure to exhaust state remedies, a procedural bar, non-retroactivity, or a statute of limitations. The Clerk incorrectly listed the Attorney General of the State of Georgia as a respondent and is therefore DIRECTED to terminate that party.
