ORDER lifting the previously imposed stay, and this case now ready to proceed. Plaintiffs' #4 Motion for TRO is not only void of any citations to analogous case law where courts have granted an ex parte TRO under such circumstances, Plaintiffs do not demonstrate how this case is different from any other case challenging restrictive employment covenants. The Court SCHEDULES a hearing on Plaintiffs' Emergency Motion for TRO and Interlocutory Injunction for Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. The Court DIRECTS the Parties to file briefs in accordance with the instructions stated herein. The Court DIRECTS Plaintiffs' counsel to immediately serve a copy of (1) the Complaint, (2) Plaintiffs' Emergency Motion for TRO and Interlocutory Injunction, and (3) this order on Defendant and to file on the docket a certificate of service showing that service has been made. Finally, the Court DIRECTS the Parties to jointly submit a proposed schedule for the hearing setting forth how much time is requested by each Party to argue each issue by Friday, October 25, 2019.
