ORDER - IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis [Doc. #2 ] is DENIED without prejudice. If Plaintiff does not choose to voluntarily dismiss this action, as discussed in section I. A. of this Order, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff must, within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the entry date of this Order, pay the $400.00 filing and administrative fees or properly execute and return the financial affidavit form provided by the Clerk of Court. IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion to appoint counsel [Doc. #3 ] is DENIED without prejudice. If this Court determines, at a later point in the proceedings, that Plaintiff requires appointed counsel, it will reconsider, sua sponte, Plaintiff's request. IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion for leave to file an amended complaint [Doc. #4 ] is DENIED without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff must, within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the entry date of this Order, submit an amended complaint. This action shall proceed no further until Plaintiff submits his amended complaint.
