Filing 22 ORDER granting #21 Joint Motion for Entry of Consent Order and Injunction. Having reviewed the Parties' proposed Consent Order, and having found its terms to be acceptable in all respects, the Court hereby approves and adopts the Parties' proposed Consent Order, as follows: Snellings's lawsuit (including all claims and all requests for injunctive relief, damages, attorneys' fees, expenses, and costs) is hereby dismissed with prejudice in its entirety. All of Insight Global's counterclaims (including all claims and all requests for injunctive relief, damages, attorneys' fees, expenses, and costs), other than the request for injunctive relief in Count I of the Counterclaims, are hereby dismissed with prejudice. The Parties shall each bear and be responsible for their own respective attorneys' fees and costs. Unless Insight Global establishes a violation of the terms of this Order by Snellings prior to that date, the Court shall dismiss the remainder of Count I with prejudice upon Joint Motion of the parties, which shall be filed no later than sixty (60) days after expiration of the One- Year Period.
