November 21, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER granting #1 Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. This action shall go forward as any other civil case, and Plaintiff is allowed to proceed without prepayment of a filing fee. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff a copy of this Order and three copies of the USM 285 form, summons, and the initial disclosures form.
