If Plaintiff still seeks injunctive relief, Plaintiff is DIRECTED to (1) amend the Complaint, (2) file a new motion, and (3) send Defendants a service waiver packet by NO LATER THAN January 15, 2020. Plaintiff is CAUTIONED that the Court has not entered any order enjoining or setting aside any foreclosure or dispossessory action and any scheduled foreclosures or dispossessory actions will not be affected by this civil action. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff a service waiver packet for each Defendant. Plaintiff is DIRECTED to complete the packets as necessary and mail such packets, along with any Amended Complaint and Motion to each Defendant by NO LATER THAN JANUARY 15, 2020.
