ORDER GRANTING #1 Motion for Order: Application for Judicial Assistance pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1782 to Aid in Foreign Proceeding. It is hereby ORDERED that Fagan is authorized to have issued and to serve subpoenas duces tecum upon SunTrust Bank, Motoni Global Investment, Citibank and CTS Global Supply Chain Solutions, whose addresses are listed in paragraphs 50, 51, 52 and 53 of Fagan's application respectively, for the information identified in paragraph 88 of the application. ( #1 Doc. 1 at 50-53). The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Fagan four blank subpoenas that are neither signed nor stamped with the seal of the Court. Fagan is DIRECTED to fully complete the subpoenas -including with the information that the receiving entity is to provide - and return them to the Court within 28 days of the date of this Order. The Court will review the completed subpoenas to ensure that they comply with this Order, at which time the Court will direct the Clerk to sign and stamp the subpoenas and return them to Fagan so that he may serve them. The Clerk is DIRECTED to resubmit this matter to the undersigned upon the receipt of the returned subpoenas or in 28 days, whichever occurs first. Signed by Magistrate Judge Christopher C.
