Filing 3 ORDER: IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiffs motion to proceed in forma pauperis Doc. #2 is hereby GRANTED. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ' 1915(b)(1), the institution administering Plaintiffs inmate account is directed to submit the required initial partial filing fee of $317.00 to the Clerk of this Court within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that: The Clerk of the Court transmit a copy of this Order to Plaintiff and to the warden of the institution where Plaintiff is incarcerated; The warden of the institution, or his designee, shall collect the aforesaid partial payment and subsequent monthly payments from Plaintiffs inmate account and remit such payments to the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia until the $350.00 filing fee is paid in full. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, Plaintiff must amend the complaint to allege sufficient allegations that he presented his FTCA claim to the appropriate federal agency and that the agency denied his claim. Plaintiff is further REQUIRED to KEEP the Court advised of his current address at all times during the pendency of this action. Service of process shall not issue at the present time.
