However, in order for the undersigned to conduct a full frivolity review so that Plaintiff's case may proceed, she is ORDERED to file an amended complaint in accordance with the above-mentioned instructions within THIRTY (30) DAYS from entry of this order. Plaintiff is CAUTIONED that failure to fully and timely comply with this Order may result in a recommendation to the District Judge that she dismiss the case as frivolous and as a sanction for failure to follow a lawful Order of the Court.
