Based on the stipulation of the parties, the Court hereby enters judgment as follows: Judgment is issued in favor of the United States and against Defendant Paul Mazur in the amount of $454,083.89, plus interest and late-payment penalties accruing after November 30, 2019, as provided by law, for federal income tax liabilities for the 2007, 2008, and 2009 tax years. It is further a judgment of this Court that the United States' federal tax liens attach to the Shady Valley Property, located at 2844 Shady Valley Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 303242749.
