ORDER - The motion to stay the proceeding pending arbitration, (Doc. #13 ), is GRANTED. This case shall be stayed pending the conclusion of the arbitration. The parties are DIRECTED to provide the Court with a status update on September 22, 2020, and every 90 days thereafter, until the conclusion of the arbitration. The parties are further directed to notify the Court within five days of the conclusion of the arbitration. The undersigned agrees with the parties that granting their motion to stay renders moot the pending motion to compel arbitration. (Doc. #13 at 3).
