ORDER - Because the magistrate judge is correct that this court does not have subject matter jurisdiction over this dispossessory action, and the defendant's objections [Doc. No. #8 ]] are without merit, the court's order adopting the R&R [Doc. No. #7 ] is REAFFIRMED. The court again ADMONISHES the defendant that further efforts to remove the DeKalb County Magistrate Court dispossessory action will be met with sanctions. The clerk is DIRECTED to construe the defendant's filing [Doc. No. #8 ] as a notice of appeal and proceed appropriately. The Eleventh Circuit will determine if it lacks jurisdiction.
