Filing 40 ORDER: Plaintiff's Renewed Motion for Temporary Restraining Order #25 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Plaintiff's request for an order enjoining Defendants from conducting business with customers obtained through alleged past harms is DENIED. Plaintiffs request for an order directing Defendants to abide by the terms of their customer and employee non-solicitation provisions is GRANTED: It is hereby ORDERED that Defendants David E. Green, Ryan E. Williams, and Meridian Inventory Services Inc. are TEMPORARILY ENJOINED under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65 (details as found herein). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Temporary Restraining Order shall take effect upon the entry of this Order and that this Temporary Restraining Order shall remain in effect until the end of the 28th day following its entry. Plaintiff may move to convert this Order to a preliminary injunction before it expires. Defendants shall file a brief within 7 days of the entry of this Order proposing an appropriate amount for a bond. Plaintiff will then have 7 days to file a Response Brief. This Order will take effect from the date of its issuance without the posting of a bond, and the Court will enter the requirement of a specific bond after the parties have fully briefed their positions. It is also unclear from this motion what attempts Plaintiff has made to confer with opposing counsel and to provide the Court with a more narrowed set of issues.
