On October 27, 2020, plaintiff filed a Stipulation for Extension of Time for Defendant to File Responsive Pleading #6 , stating that defendant may have a thirty-day extension to respond to the Complaint.1 Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6(b), when an act must be done within a specified time, the Court may extend the time for good cause shown.
