MINUTE ORDER. Pending before the Court is the Plaintiff's #6 Notice, which the Court interprets as a motion to transfer venue and for an extension of time to serve the Defendants. But the Plaintiff has not attempted to justify a transfer of venue under the factors in 28 U.S.C. 1404. Upon consideration of the filing, it is hereby ORDERED that a transfer of venue is DENIED without prejudice. It is further ORDERED that the Plaintiff's request for an extension of time to serve the Defendants is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall file proof of service of all Defendants no later than July 16, 2020.
