ORDER: This matter is before the Court on its sua sponte review of Plaintiff Takisha Crawford's Emergency Complaint [ #1 -1]. The Court must consider whether it has subject matter jurisdiction to hear a case, regardless of whether it is raised by the parties. See Wooden v. Bd. of Regents, 247 F.3d 1262, 1271 (11th Cir. 2001). Nothing prevents Plaintiff from raising the CDCs eviction moratorium in state court, but this Court lacks jurisdiction over this matter.
