Filing 5 ORDER granting #1 Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. However, the undersigned notes at the outset that Plaintiff Auto Service, as a limited liability company, cannot proceed pro se that is, it cannot represent itself in this Court. Therefore, as explained more fully below, in order for Plaintiff Auto Service to move forward in this action, it must obtain an attorney admitted to practice in this Court. Plaintiffs' Complaint and allegations are currently insufficient to survive a frivolity review under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B). Therefore, Plaintiffs are ORDERED to file an Amended Complaint addressing the deficiencies identified within thirty (30) days from entry of this Order. See Order for details.
