ORDER: On June 17, 2019, Andrew Saul was sworn in as the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration. Under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Saul is automatically substituted as a party. Fed. R. Civ. P. 25(d). The Clerk is hereby DIRECTED to amend the case style to reflect the substitution. The Court ORDERS Plaintiff, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, to either (1) file an amended application to proceed IFP, or (2) pay the full filing fee.
