ORDER GRANTING #1 Ex Parte Application for Judicial Assistance in Obtaining Evidence for use in a Foreign Tribunal. It is ORDERED that Motu Novu is authorized, under 28 U.S.C. 1782(a), to seek discovery from the Respondents pursuant to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure by issuing and serving the proposed subpoenas (annexed to the Beretta Affidavit as Exhibits 2-5), along with a copy of this Court's Order. Respondents are DIRECTED to produce documents and give testimony as requested within thirty days of service of the Order and Subpoena upon them (or within such reasonable time as the parties may mutually agree, in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure). As all matters pending before the Court that were referred to me have now been addressed, the Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to close this miscellaneous matter.
