Pursuant to a February 24, 2020 Order in Stone v. Fisher, No. 1:19-mi-167 ELR (N.D. Ga. Feb. 24, 2020), Plaintiff Stone is prohibited from filing additional lawsuits in the District Court for the Northern District of Georgia without first posting a $250.00 frivolity bond. Plaintiff has failed to pay the requisite $250.00 bond in the case. Thus, the Court DECLINES Plaintiff's Application for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis and DIRECTS the Clerk to CLOSE this case. Moreover,the Court AMENDS the February 24, 2020 Order as follows: for the next twelve (12) months, Plaintiff Little G. Stone, III will be barred from filing any more documents in this matter or any other new matter before the Northern District of Georgia, until he first posts a $250.00 frivolity bond. If any of Stone's future filings is deemed frivolous or duplicative, the presiding judge may impose a contempt sanction against Stone to be paid from the frivolity bond. Once Plaintiff pays $250.00, the Court DIRECTS the Clerk to submit any document that Plaintiff wishes to file directly to the undersigned for preliminary review. Signed by Judge Eleanor L.
