Accordingly, the Court ADOPTS the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation as the opinion of the Court. The above-captioned cases are DISMISSED without prejudice under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g) as malicious for abuse of judicial process. Plaintiff's Motion to Appoint Counsel, 1:21-CV-0022-LMM-CMS, Dkt.
