ORDER - IT IS ORDERED that petitioner must, within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the date of this order, AMEND his petition. SEE ORDER FOR SPECIFICS. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, also within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the date hereof, petitioner must either pay the entire filing fee of $5.00 or execute and return the financial affidavit that will be provided to him by the Clerk of Court with this Order.
