ORDER GRANTING the #12 Motion to Stay. The Court STAYS any consideration of the pre-removal Motion to Dismiss and Greenberg's deadline to respond to such motion until such time as when the Court decides the jurisdictional questions regarding remand. If the Court later grants remand, then the parties will address further scheduling issues with the state court.
