ORDER - As the "motion" filed by Petitioner pursues the same relief that generally is sought in a federal habeas corpus petition, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to terminate the "motion for relief from a void judgment" [Doc. #1 ] as a pending motion. IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner must, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, pay the entire filing fee of $5.00 or seek leave to proceed in forma pauperis and return a properly completed financial affidavit, along with a certified copy of his prison account statement. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner must, within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, submit an amended petition. SEE ORDER FOR SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS. Petitioner is INSTRUCTED that he must keep the Clerk of Court advised of his current and correct address at all times while his case is pending. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to forward to Petitioner the appropriate financial affidavit form and a 28 U.S.C. 2254 form petition, together with a copy of this Order.
