April 26, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER GRANTING In Forma Pauperis: The institution administering Plaintiff's inmate account is directed to submit the required initial partial filing fee of $27.00 to the Clerk of this Court within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that: 1. The Clerk of the Court transmit a copy of this Order to Plaintiff and to the warden of the institution where Plaintiff is incarcerated; 2. The warden of the institution, or his designee, shall collect the aforesaid partial payment and subsequent monthly payments from Plaintiff's inmate account and remit such payments to the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia until the $350.00 filing fee is paid in full. Plaintiff is further REQUIRED to KEEP the Court advised of his current address at all times during the pendency of this action. Service of process shall not issue at the present time.
