Plaintiff is ORDERED to, within THIRTY (30) DAYS from entry of this Order, file a supplement to her complaint of THREE (3) PAGES OR LESS supplying additional facts showing that the COVID-19 pandemic and her medical condition caused her to be unable to file her lawsuit before April 14, 2021, and that equitable tolling is justified, as discussed above. If this Order requires the disclosure of personal medical information that Plaintiff does not want made public, she is hereby GRANTED LEAVE to file her supplemental pleading under provisional seal. If she chooses to file her supplemental pleading under provision seal, she MUST also file a second copy of the supplemental pleading with her personal medical information blacked out, so that it may be filed on the public docket.
