Filing 2 ORDER DIRECTING Clerk to ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE Daddario v. Unnamed Respondent, Civil Action No. 1:21-cv-2385-SDG-JSA and file the pleadings in that case as a supplement in Daddario v. Unnamed Respondent, Civil Action No. 1:21-cv-2384-SDG-JSA. Petitioner was convicted in the Hall County Superior Court, which is in the jurisdiction of the Gainesville Division of this District. It is the policy and practice of the USDC, Georgia that Section 2254 habeas actions be transferred to the district and division encompassing the county where the petitioner was convicted if not originally filed there. This action should therefore proceed in the Gainesville Division of this Court. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to forward the appropriate financial affidavit and habeas corpus forms to Petitioner together with a copy of this Order to Petitioner. Petitioner is DIRECTED to comply with this Court's instructions within thirty (30) days of the date this Order is entered. The Court TRANSFERS this action to the Gainesville Division of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia for further proceedings.
