ORDER granting #2 Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff shall be obligated to pay the full statutory filing fee of $350.00 as funds are deposited in his inmate account. During the pendency of his case, Plaintiff must keep the Clerk of Court advised of his correct address at all times. Plaintiff is admonished that this action shall be subject to dismissal if he fails to comply with the Court's orders or if he fails to keep the Clerk of Court advised of his current address at all times while this action is pending. See LR 41.2(B), 41.3(A)(2), NDGa. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to transmit a copy of this Order to the warden of the institution where Plaintiff is incarcerated. The warden of the institution, or his designee, is ORDERED to collect the aforesaid monthly payments from Plaintiff's inmate account and remit such payments to the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia until the $350.00 filing fee is paid in full. Service of process shall not issue pending further consideration of the complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915A. Signed by Judge Linda T. Walker on 07/21/2021.
