ORDER - IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis, as amended [Doc. #2 , #5 ], is DENIED. Plaintiff must submit the $402.00 filing and administrative fees to the Clerk of Court within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order. Further, during the pendency of his case, Plaintiff must keep the Clerk of Court informed of his current address at all times. Plaintiff is ADVISED that his action will be subject to dismissal under Local Rule 41.3 if he does not comply with the Court's Order to pay the required fees or its Order to keep the Clerk of Court informed of his current address at all times. ORDER directing Plaintiff, within 30 days of the entry date of this order, to either pay the standard filing fee of $402.00 or properly execute and return an Affidavit and Authorization allowing Custodian to withdraw funds from Inmate Account. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff must, within 30 DAYS of the entry date of this Order, submit an amendment that clarifies whether Plaintiff is the same James Christopher Jones who previously has filed other lawsuits in the United States District Court for the Northern and/or Southern Districts of Mississippi or in another federal court. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to forward Plaintiff a financial affidavit form. The Clerk is further DIRECTED to RESUBMIT this action to the undersigned Magistrate Judge upon the expiration of the aforementioned time period.
