Filing 7 ORDER - IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis, as amended [Doc. #2 , #5 ], is DENIED. Plaintiff must submit the $402.00 filing and administrative fees to the Clerk of Court within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order. Further, during the pendency of his case, Plaintiff must keep the Clerk of Court informed of his current address at all times. Plaintiff is ADVISED that his action will be subject to dismissal under Local Rule 41.3 if he does not comply with the Court's Order to pay the required fees or its Order to keep the Clerk of Court informed of his current address at all times.
