Filing 9 SCHEDULING ORDER - The court has reviewed the parties' Joint Report Regarding Transfer of the Case to the Newnan Division of the Northern District of Georgia. [Doc. No. #8 ]. The case will remain in the Atlanta Division. Accordingly, this court now enters the following scheduling order. Upon review of the information contained in the Joint Preliminary Planning Report, the court orders that the time limits for adding parties, amending pleadings, filing motions, completing discovery, and discussing settlement are as stated in the completed form [Doc. No. #5 ] except as herein modified. Daubert motions with regard to expert testimony shall be filed no later than 30 days after the close of discovery.
