ORDER - Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #9 ) is GRANTED, and Plaintiff is ORDERED to pay an initial partial filing fee of at least $4.58 within 30 days from the date of this Order. Plaintiff shall be obligated to pay the full statutory filing fee of $350.00 as funds are deposited in his inmate account. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to transmit a copy of this Order to the warden of the institution where Plaintiff is incarcerated. The warden of the institution, or his designee, is ORDERED to collect the aforesaid monthly payments, including the initial $35.33 payment (or, if Plaintiff's account balance is less than $35.33, the full account balance, with the remainder due as soon as additional funds become available), from Plaintiff's inmate account and remit such payments to the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia until the $350.00 filing fee is paid in full. Service of process shall not issue pending further consideration of the complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915A.
