All proceedings are stayed for 60 days except that Plaintiffs are granted leave to take limited discovery for the purpose of determining whether one or more parties should be substituted into the case based on the Suggestion of Death entered with regard to Defendant Po Chiu Yuen. Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint [ECF #31 ] is DENIED without prejudice. Plaintiffs are granted leaved to renew their motion to amend upon the conclusion of the 60-day discovery period. The Clerk is DIRECTED to resubmit this matter to undersigned in 75 days.
