ORDER (by docket entry only) granting #29 Motion to Compel Discovery Responses and Document Production. Plaintiff is ORDERED to (i) provide Defendants with executed tax and medical release authorization forms within TEN (10) DAYS of this Order, and (ii) provide Defendants with complete answers to all interrogatories and complete responses to all discovery requests identified in Defendants' Motion to Compel within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of this Order.
