November 16, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 14 AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER: re: #10 Joint Preliminary Report and Discovery Plan: The time period for fact discovery (including, but not limited to, written discovery and depositions) shall close on May 13, 2022. Plaintiff shall identify experts who are expected to testify at trial no later than May 13, 2022, and depositions of Plaintiff's experts shall be concluded by June 13, 2022. Defendant shall identify experts who are expected to testify at trial no later than June 27, 2022, and depositions of Defendants experts shall be conducted by July 27, 2022. Any deposition taken for preservation of evidence and use at trial shall be completed at least four (4) weeks prior to the trial in this case. Any dispositive and/or Daubert motions shall be filed no later than August 26, 2022. Prior to filing any Daubert motion, the Parties shall meet and confer in a good faith effort to resolve the evidentiary issue(s). Any hearings on dispositive motions shall be scheduled according to the Courts availability, if needed.
