ORDER GRANTING In Forma Pauperis, and this action may proceed without the prepayment of a filing fee. The Clerk is DIRECTED to complete the Summons and to effect service of the Complaint (Doc. #1 -1) and Summons as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(i). Following service of the Complaint and Summons upon Defendant, Plaintiff SHALL BE REQUIRED TO SERVE upon Defendant or counsel for Defendant, via hand-delivery or first-class mail, a copy of every further pleading or other document that Plaintiff submits to the Clerk of Court.Plaintiff is ADVISED that after Defendant files an answer to the Complaint and a copy of the transcript of the Social Security administrative proceedings, the Court will issue an order establishing a schedule for the parties to file their respective briefs. Plaintiff is further ADVISED not to file any evidentiary materials until after Defendant files a copy of the transcript with the Court.
