Filing 17 ORDER: Plaintiff Sunil Shah filed his Complaint on November 10, 2021, alleging diversity jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1332(a) as his sole basis for subject matter jurisdiction. See Compl. 33 #1 . On November 17, 2021, the Court issued an Order staying the case and requiring Plaintiff to file a notice indicating his citizenship. #12 . Thereafter, Plaintiff filed a notice that states he is a citizen of the United Kingdom and a resident of South Africa. #13 . Upon review, the Court finds that it lacks subject matter jurisdiction.
