ORDER: Plaintiff Sunil Shah filed his Complaint on November 10, 2021, alleging diversity jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1332(a) as his sole basis for subject matter jurisdiction. See Compl. 33 #1 . On November 17, 2021, the Court issued an Order staying the case and requiring Plaintiff to file a notice indicating his citizenship. #12 . Thereafter, Plaintiff filed a notice that states he is a citizen of the United Kingdom and a resident of South Africa. #13 . Upon review, the Court finds that it lacks subject matter jurisdiction. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES WITHOUT PREJUDICE the action and DIRECTS the Clerk to close this case. Signed by Judge Eleanor L. Ross on 12/2/21. (ceo)
