ORDER. The Court CONSTRUES Plaintiff's reply brief, Dkt. No. #9 , as a motion to amend the TRO briefing schedule and, for good cause, GRANTS the motion. The Court will hold the motion for TRO, Dkt. No. #5 , in abeyance while the parties complete briefing of Defendant's motion to dismiss in accordance with Local Rule 7.1. Should the Court find upon the completion of the briefing of Defendant's motion to dismiss that it does in fact have personal jurisdiction over Defendant, Defendant will then have five days after entry of an Order so finding to file a response to the motion for TRO. Plaintiff will then have two days from the date of the response to file its reply. After reviewing the TRO briefing, the Court will schedule a hearing if one is necessary.
