ORDER granting #31 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. 1. Factual and expert discovery shall expire on February 1, 2023. 2. Plaintiff shall disclose his expert witnesses, if any, along with three (3) proposed dates for the deposition of each such expert witness no later than November 15, 2022. 3. Plaintiff shall make his expert witnesses available for deposition no later than December 9, 2022. 4. Defendant shall disclose its expert witnesses, if any, along with three (3) proposed dates for the deposition of each such expert witness no later than December 30, 2022. 5. Defendants shall make their expert witnesses available for deposition no later than January 15, 2023. 6. In the event that Plaintiff wishes to identify a rebuttal expert witness, Plaintiff's counsel shall notify Defendant's counsel no later than seven (7) business days following the deposition of Defendant's experts. Plaintiff shall make such rebuttal expert witness available for deposition prior to the close of discovery. 7. All dispositive motions and Daubert motions shall be filed no later than March 1, 2023. The Parties' Proposed Consolidated Pretrial Order shall be filed in accordance with the Local Rules. The parties state in their motion that counsel for Plaintiff will be on maternity leave from July 18, 2022, until October 18, 2022. (Doc. 31 at 3.)
