ORDER. The declaration Plaintiff Gregory signed in support of the application to proceed IFP demonstrates that Plaintiff Gregory is unable to incur the costs of this litigation, and the application, (Docs. 1, 1-1, 1-2), is GRANTED. The Clerk is DIRECTED to submit this matter to the District Judge for a frivolity determination under 1915(e)(2), as to Plaintiff Gregory. DMG LLC is not a natural person to whom Section 1915 applies, but rather an artificial entity-a LLC that employs Plaintiff Gregory. (See Doc. 1 at 12). The application to proceed IFP, (Doc. 1, 1-1, 1-2), is therefore DENIED as to Plaintiff DMG LLC, and Plaintiff DMG LLC is ORDERED to pay the filing fees in this case within 14 days of this order.
