ORDER: Presently before the Court is the parties' "Notice of Voluntary Dismissal as to Freedom Mortgage Corporation." (Dkt. #6 ). Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) provides that a plaintiff may voluntarily dismiss an action upon filing a "stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared." Here, the instant Notice of Voluntary Dismissal does not comply with Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) because it does not contain the signature of Defendant Freedom Mortgage Corporation (Dkt. #6 at 12.) Accordingly, the Court DIRECTS the Parties to submit a corrected Stipulation of Dismissal with the appropriate signatures within five (5) days from the date of entry of this order.
