February 11, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER: Petitioner is hereby ORDERED, within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the entry date of this Order, to either (1) pay the full $5.00 filing fee that is statutorily required in habeas corpus cases, 28 U.S.C. 1914(a) or (2) submit a complete application for leave to proceed IFP. If Petitioner wishes to proceed without prepayment of the filing fee, his IFP application must include an authorized institutional officer's certification of his inmate account balances and a certified copy of his inmate account statement, as these documents are highly relevant to the Court's ability to determine whether Petitioner is unable to pay the $5.00 filing fee. See id. 1915(a)(2), (e)(2)(A). Petitioner is CAUTIONED that failure to timely pay the filing fee or file a complete IFP application as directed in this Order may result in dismissal of this action. The Clerk is DIRECTED to (1) send Petitioner a copy of the appropriate financial affidavit, and (2) resubmit this action to the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge upon receipt of the filing fee or completed financial affidavit or at the expiration of the time period noted above.
