The Motion is DENIED to the extent that camLine USA has the practical ability to obtain the requested material and information. To the extent it does not have a practical ability to obtain and produce the requested material or information, the Motion is GRANTED. The Court DIRECTS camLine USA (1) to produce the materials responsive to the Subpoena that it has a practical ability to obtain, including from camLine GmbH, and (2) to make available a witness or witnesses to speak on those deposition topics about which it has information. Unless the parties agree otherwise, camLine USA's production of documents shall be completed no later than 28 days following the date of this order and the deposition of camLine USA shall occur no later than 42 days after the date of this order (i.e., 14 days after the deadline for camLine USA to complete its production).
