ORDER directing that within fourteen days of service of a copy of this order, the Petition, and the attachments to the Petition, Respondent shall file and serve a written response showing cause why the Petition for an order requiring Respondent to comply with the administrative subpoena should not be granted. Applicant may file a reply no later than seven days after Respondent's response has been filed. Upon the completion of briefing, the undersigned will determine whether to set a hearing on the Petition. It is further ordered that a copy of this Order, together with the Petition and its exhibits, shall be served in accordance with Rules 4(e) and 4.1 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure within ten days of the date of this Order. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4.1(a), the Court appoints any person designated by the Department of Justice to effect service in this case.
