ORDER appointing Judy Fleming as attorney ad litem to represent the child who is the focus of this action. Ms. Fleming shall meet with the child as soon as possible and prepare an initial report. Respondent is hereby ORDERED to cooperate to the fullest extent possible in making the child available so that Ms. Fleming can meet with him as soon as possible. It is further ORDERED that the attorney ad litem shall file her initial report. under seal as soon as possible, but no later than August 31, 2022, and the Court will disseminate to the parties as appropriate. It is further ORDERED that Petitioner shall file his initial brief in support of his positions in this case seven (7) days after receipt of the ad litem report, or by September 7, 2022, whichever is sooner. Respondent shall file a Response brief within seven (7) days of receipt of Petitioner's brief. Petitioner's Reply to Respondent's Response, should he choose to file one, shall be filed within five (5) days of receipt of Respondent's brief. It is further ORDERED that by September 7, 2022, Petitioner and Respondent shall file stipulations of agreed upon facts and the legal issues that remain to be resolved by this Court.
